The Construction Manager will use their knowledge of the production and permitting process, reporting and pole applications to create daily and weekly production schedules. Work will be performed under the general direction and supervision of the Director of Construction.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and direct construction contract crews and subcontractors
• Track construction production using OSP construction management software or spreadsheet-based tools.
• Ensure construction resources (employees, contractors, materials) are properly planned to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Support as-built activities with inspections, designs, and red-lining of maps

Qualifications:

• OSP engineering, permit, pole application, and construction production plans experience
• OSP telecom construction management processes, means and method knowledge
• Construction management software experience preferred
